My thesis, „Moment,“ invites you to share a moment together. It is an invitation to embark on a journey where the boundaries between the inner world (video) and the outer world are fluid, like a billowing curtain in the wind.

Like a blink of an eye, the scenes in my video work „Moment“ come together, exploring wishes, essential questions, and insights. A grazing light, almost ethereal, shapes new forms – a toupee by the sea, disguised as a sea urchin, the outstretched hand toward nature: Welcome to my world. All my moments and ideas are a driving force, continually inspiring me to create artistic works.

A quirky excursion with all its facets and layers gave rise to the pieces for my diploma exhibition. A veil of revelation that shows us exactly as we are, with all our wishes and fears that make us who we are. A search for meaning and connection that unites everything.

My work, „Allure and Flaws,“ is the result of a year-long creative process and focuses on accepting „mistakes“ and „imperfection“ as uniqueness and distinction. It encourages recognizing and appreciating the beauty in what is often labeled as „imperfect.“ Sometimes, „imperfections“ enhance our beauty on different levels and do not weaken it.

The outstretched hand to nature – a visual poem about life in harmony with nature, the breath of our existence. The self-portrait, inspired by an encounter with an injured raven in the streets of Berlin, is titled „Dare to Fly.“ A symbol of the challenge to spread our wings and feel the new wind of the city.

The work „Affection,“ appearing in the middle of the wall, is blue and mobile, dedicated to the love of color.

The three photographs named „Light“ almost scenically emerge. Almost shadowy, elements come to light, illuminated by soft light, creating a moment that feels almost unreal – like a painting or a scene from an artistic film. They embody the love for light, my constant companion.

My work „Toupee“ is devoted to the love of details, eccentricity, and unusual things that sometimes become visible only upon closer inspection. It encourages viewing life with a wink and providing a platform for unconventional things and situations.

Central to my work is „Home“ – a sandcastle. The art of creating something like a home from such a fragile material that could disappear at any moment. It also provides a home for all the elements in my previously presented positions.

In my world, the inner radiates outward, an interlocking symphony of light and shadow. This artistic invitation, shaped by exploring one‘s inner and outer world, moments, and personal reflections, urges you to explore a different perspective, engage with the flowing worlds, and discover the magic in all its facets. Immerse yourself in the quirky dance of elements, between wishes and fears, shaping and molding us.
